Franklin Agbita is a visionary leader and accomplished business executive; he serves as the President and CEO of MHI Solutions Corporation. With an illustrious career spanning over a decade and has consistently demonstrated his exceptional leadership skills and strategic acumen in Logistics, Supply Chain and Healthtech IT industry.

Franklin earned a bachelor’s degree in building, Environmental Science (BSc) from the University of Lagos. He went on to receive a Project Manager Professional Certificate (PMP) from the Project Management Institute; in addition to a certification from the Scrum Institute, as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

These educational experiences laid the foundation for his successful career in the corporate world over the last decade, and he has played a major role as a Project manager, Product Analyst, Business Analyst and Systems Analyst.

With an unwavering passion for innovation and driving growth, Franklin navigated himself through various roles with prominent organizations. This allowed him to quickly gain recognition and expertise in strategic thinking, planning, problem-solving and Analytical skills. It was during this time that he dedicated himself in the Healthtech sector and developed a deep understanding of the intricacies of the industry.

Joy Stewart is a results-driven and dynamic leader with over 15 years of experience in the Healthtech IT industry. As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of a leading Healthtech organization, she plays a pivotal role in driving the company's strategic direction and ensuring operational excellence.

Ms. Stewart has extensive background in IT, combined with her in-depth understanding of healthcare industry practices and trends, makes her an invaluable asset to the organization. Her strong leadership skills and ability to build and motivate high-performing teams have been instrumental in driving the company's growth and success.

Ms. Stewart has a proven track record of implementing innovative technologies and improving operational efficiency,

MEISHA ROSS - CFO

Meisha Ross is an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

with over 12 years of expertise in financial management and strategic leadership. With a strong track record of successfully driving financial growth and optimizing performance, Meisha has consistently demonstrated an ability to navigate complex financial challenges while delivering exceptional results.

A highly regarded expert in finance, organizational structure Meisha holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University. In addition to a Bachelor of Arts with a minor in Human Resources Management from Northern Kentucky University. She continues to stay abreast of emerging industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring that her knowledge and skills remain cutting-edge. Meisha’s keen eye for detail, analytical mindset, and exceptional problem-solving abilities have consistently contributed to the profitability and success of the companies she has served.

ALYSSA KING - VP IT SERVICES

As the Vice President of IT Services Alyssa develops and manages the organization technology development. She implements and maintains critical IT system by staying current on new technology opportunities for process improvement.

Alyssa holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and other certifications in clinical applications which has amassed a diverse range of expertise over 10 years in the industry. Leveraging their technical proficiency, they have consistently delivered transformative solutions to enhance organizational performance while aligning IT initiatives with business goals.

IKENNA OJIMBA - CTO

Ikenna Ojimba Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Medical Health Integration Solutions (MHI). He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and an Associates of Science in Computer Science from Hesser College. He also holds Certifications in Information Technology from Hesser College. He has also done certification training in project management, Lean Six Sigma, and MS Project, all from William George associates.
